A child obesity crisis already exists in America. There are multiple clear cut causes and all the basics have to be addressed, such as, balanced meals, frequency of food, quality of food, moderate carbohydrates, increased activity, decreased stress and getting enough rest.
There is one more to think about that is common. Irregular sleep patterns seemed to affect children as much as not getting enough sleep. A consistent bed time could make all the difference in helping you maintain good health in your child.
