Caution Needed When Taking Medications
Antibiotics and blood pressure pills can be dangerous.
Heart medication and antibiotics are on the top of the list for negative reactions. So, the combination adds to that risk significantly. When we get sick and feel awful, we sometimes forget about the areas of risk. We trust our Doctors to know everything and not make a mistake. Remember whose body you have and who is ultimately responsible for taking care of it and guarding it from harm. I absolutely love the patients that question everything and understands how to help them self.
The lesson is to take responsibility for your wellness and be aggressive about asking questions especially when a medication is added to your care program.
